His leadership has shaped the company’s culture of responsibility and client‑centric delivery in pharmaceutical and life‑sciences infrastructure design.

Mr. Vijay brings deep, multifaceted expertise across the full spectrum of pharmaceutical and biotechnology facility development. His portfolio includes the successful design and execution of high‑containment Sterile API plants, Injectable facilities, Plasma Fractionation units, and advanced Biotechnology and Microbiology Lab environments. He also possesses specialized knowledge in OSD, Formulation, R&D centres, Biotech manufacturing facilities, ensuring every project meets stringent global regulatory standards.

Beyond modern pharma, Mr. Vijay has made a significant impact in the wellness and natural products sector, delivering GMP‑compliant facilities for Ayurveda, Herbal Cosmetics, and Nutraceuticals. With a strong corporate foundation and over a decade of experience in Centralized Procurement at Tata Projects, Mrs. Tanuja Reddy brings exceptional operational and commercial expertise to Sandbox Engineering. Her background in managing large‑scale procurement functions for complex industrial projects shapes her strategic approach to organizational efficiency, cost optimization, and project governance.

Her expertise in Strategic Sourcing, Vendor Management, Commercial Analysis, and Budget Control forms the backbone of the company’s procurement and financial systems. She applies advanced cost‑comparison and optimization techniques honed during her corporate tenure to ensure that every procurement decision is both financially efficient and quality‑compliant. Beyond project operations, Mrs. Tanuja oversees Human Resources, Finance, and Administrative Management, fostering a culture of stability, accountability, and high performance across the organization.
